For the Redur Group quality is not an option but a conscious choice, as stated in the Vision of the company.
In this regard, our great concern has materialised in the following quality certificates and seals that have helped us structure our job and processes. To that end, we have a Risk Prevention, Quality and Environment Department in charge of training, managing and auditing our whole network, 365 days a year.
At Redur, we are proud of being able to guarantee with all the consequences that we believe in what we do.
Issued by the Directorate General of Customs and Special Taxes of the Spanish Tax Authority, its main objective is to establish an area offering guarantees for trading and safety of the supply chain. It covers the whole process, from the manufacturing of goods until the delivery to the end consumer. By obtaining this certificate, Redur guarantees, among other things, the safety of information and computing systems, customs operations, buildings, facilities, goods, as well as the commitment of both our personnel and our commercial partners in this regard.

Nowadays, it is not enough with developing a business efficiently; it must be done in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner. That is why we have designed specific environmental projects for managing waste, controlling emissions, etc. with the aim of minimising the impact of our activities on our surrounding environment. As a result, we obtained the ISO 14001 certificate.

This management model allows us to focus all the processes and organisation areas –in other words, all of our efforts– in our main objective: the satisfaction of our customers. This model leads us towards an ongoing improvement that means we are permanently thinking about how we can optimise our business processes. Obtaining the +400 points European Seal of Excellence for our entire network means that our model has reached a standard of excellence that nearly any other company of our sector has reached.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 30.6 of the 31/1995 Act on Occupational Risk Prevention, we must perform a mandatory audit of our own prevention system every 4 years. Since this is a particularly relevant aspect to us, on top f the strictly mandatory audits, we perform voluntary audits every year. Like this, we have obtained a score of 7.1 points from Audelco (auditing company), above the average score of 6.4 in this sector, which means a continued decrease of work accidents in our organisation.
