We like to refer to our company leaders as trainers. The objective is to use training, monitoring and leadership as tools to keep a highly effective and motivated team to carry out the tasks entrusted to them. Like this, we manage to improve day after day.

Thus, at Redur we devote more than 7,000 training hours per year to three strategic lines: training related to processes and technical aspects of our daily operations, training related to management and leadership of high-performing teams and training on occupational risk prevention.
